Dr Connie Zheng is currently holding the position of Associate Professor in Human Resource Management (HRM) at UniSA Business School and Co-Director of Centre for Workplace Excellence (CWeX)– a flagship centre for workplace excellence research at University of South Australia (UniSA). Dr Zheng is a leading HRM specialist, investigating the contextual factors that influence the effectiveness of organisational HRM policies and practices on improving societal cohesiveness, organizational performance, employee wellbeing and work-life balance. Dr Zheng has published 4 books, 12 book chapters, 4 industry reports, and over 40 ABDC-ranked journal papers, and numerous presentations at national and international conferences. Her research findings havebeen used to enable organizations and employees to be innovative, resilient and adaptable to the changing world with many challenges stemming from continued global integration of markets, people and technology.
